Guidelines for presentation:

The oral presentations are allocated 10 mins presentation time and 2 minutes for questions/discussions. Pls upload/check your ppt on the presentation laptop in the break preceding your presentation.

The poster presentations include a 20 second pitch (pls prepare, no slides, only you pitching ;) ) in front of the audience summarizing the poster. There are 2 poster sessions (1 on Thursday and 1 on Friday). Your (standing) A0 poster should be pinned at an available poster board at the start of the day of your allocation (see program below) so that interested people can approach you during the two poster sessions on that day.
