CareTech Symposium 2024

You are cordially invited to join us on 14 and 15 May 2024 at Villa Vennendal in Nunspeet for the annual CareTech Symposium.

During these two days, collaboration will be our central theme and we hope to offer a platform to make new contacts within the community, and to intensify existing contacts. 

There will be room for pitches, presentations, posters and demo's. We encourage all participants to use make use of these opportunities to address a problem you need a solution to, present your best (scientific) work or (potential) solutions/products. Let us know what you would like to show during the pitches, demo's, posters and/or presentations. You can sign up for a pitch (2-4 min.), demo and poster on Tuesday, and for a scientific presentation (15-20 min.) on Wednesday. Deadline for signing up is April 22nd!

If you are interested in giving a scientific presentation on Wednesday, we strongly advice you to sign up for both a pitch on Tuesday and a presentation on Wednesday.

Please note: Registering for a pitch, demo, poster or presentation does not automatically give you access to the symposium and vice versa. Fill out both forms if you want to attend ánd present.

The number of participants who can join the symposium is limited and the number of hotel rooms available is even more limited. So do not hesitate!

Registration will be open until Monday April 29, or until the maximum number of participants is reached, whichever comes first.
