Do you want your translations to be checked by your own translator? Add new users with specific access to ensure that they can review them with ease. Filter in your messaging center and you’ll have one overview of messages that are already translated or that still need to be done. 
Do you use images with text on your website or in your messages? You can set a different version of an image for each language.

There are over 50 currency options to choose from. Our ticketing and payments add-on also includes automated invoicing, so you can focus on the content of your event.

Tip: Are you organising an online event? VAT rules may differ per country. That’s why business attendees can apply VAT reverse charging, depending on the participant’s country of origin.

Frequently asked questions about multilingual event management software

Which languages are supported by the software?

The aanmelder.nl platform and internal settings are available in Dutch, English, and German. Registration forms, event websites and communication is also available in these languages. 

Can I edit or upload my own translations?

Yes. You can generate translations using AI, then review them and adjust them manually. You can also invite your own translator with limited access to review the content.

How do attendees switch languages on the event page?

Your event website includes a language selector, allowing participants to choose their preferred language. 

Is multilingual support included or a separate feature?

Multilingual functionality is included in the core event management software. Ticketing in multiple currencies is available through the ticketing add-on. You can also always reach out to our customer success team, who’ll answer your questions in Dutch or English. 

Can I send emails in multiple languages?

Yes. You can create multilingual mailings and use the messaging center to track which versions are complete and which still need translation.

Do you support different VAT rules for online events?

Partially. For business attendees of online events, our system supports VAT reverse charging. For private attendees, VAT is currently not automatically adjusted based on the attendee’s country.

Invoicing is otherwise fully automated and designed to accommodate various VAT scenarios.
