You can scan a QR code ticket using a smartphone, tablet, or check-in device connected to our e ticketing software. Simply open the event check-in tool, point the camera at the QR code on the e-ticket, and the system will instantly confirm the registration.

A QR ticket is a digital ticket that contains a unique QR code. Participants usually receive this ticket by email. The QR code is used to identify the participant upon arrival at the event.

QR tickets work with unique, encrypted codes per participant. These codes consist of a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, punctuation marks, and other characters, making them extremely difficult to replicate.

When a QR code is scanned, the system automatically checks:

Whether the code is valid;
Whether the ticket has already been used.

This prevents the same ticket from being used more than once and ensures a secure check-in process.

The process works as follows:
