You can also manage complex needs, such as multiple tickets on a single invoice. After the event, you'll receive two invoices: one for using our platform and one for all ticket sales revenue.

Selling event tickets is easy with this module. Within our Event Management software, you can set the number of tickets, different ticket options, and payment methods. Participants from around the world can pay in up to 50 currencies. We ensure compliance with international payment regulations.

Each ticket is unique and personalized

Personalize tickets by offering early-bird discounts and include a unique QR code for each ticket, sent directly via email to the participant. Post-event invoices can feature your company's logo or banner. Select the category of your event, and the software will automatically apply the correct VAT rate.

Frequently asked questions about ticketing and financial administration

Do we need ticketing or only registration?

For events where participants do not need to pay for a ticket, registration alone is sufficient. They will still receive a QR-code per e-mail to gain access to the event. If you want to sell paid tickets, you can select the financial administration add-on.

Which payment methods are available to participants?

Payments can be made via:

  • iDEAL / Wero / Bancontact

  • PayPal

  • Credit card

  • Invoice / bank transfer

Does the software support different ticket types?

Yes. You can create multiple ticket types within a single event, for example based on what a participant enters during registration.

Does the software support early bird tickets and discount codes?

Yes. The software supports early bird ticket types as well as discount codes.

Are invoices automatically sent to participants?

Yes. After payment, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to the participant. There is no need to manually create separate invoices.

The invoice includes the correct VAT specification based on the configured event settings.

Does the software support payment by invoice for business events?

Yes. Participants can choose to pay by invoice. The invoice is automatically generated and sent. If required, payment reminders can also be sent automatically.

This is particularly suitable for business (B2B) events where participants or organizations do not pay online immediately.

Can I manage registration, ticket sales and financial administration in one system?

Yes. Registration, ticket sales, invoicing, VAT processing and payment reminders are managed within one system.

Payments are automatically linked to the correct registration and invoice, giving you a clear overview without the need for separate accounting or ticketing systems.

Do I have real-time insight into ticket sales and revenue?

Yes. In the dashboard, you can immediately see how many tickets have been sold, which payments have been received, and which invoices are still outstanding.

This provides real-time insight into the financial status of your event.

How is VAT handled for online and international events?

For physical events, the correct VAT rate is automatically applied based on the configured event settings.

Are you organizing an online event within the EU?
For business participants, VAT reverse-charging can be automatically applied through the invoicing module.

For non-business international participants, specific VAT rules apply. In those cases, the organizer determines the applicable VAT rate.

Does the software support e-invoicing via Peppol?

Yes, we support e-invoicing via the Peppol network for invoices sent to your participants.

If you work with organizations that require e-invoicing (such as government institutions or large enterprises), invoices can be sent through Peppol. This enables digital invoice exchange in accordance with applicable regulations.

This ensures compliance with electronic invoicing requirements, particularly relevant for organizations subject to European e-invoicing regulations.
