WHY SPONSORING EWOFS 2023

EWOFS 2023 is the 8th European Workshop on Optical Fibre Sensors conference and will be held in Mons, Belgium from 23rd to 26th of May 2023. It is organized by the University of Mons.

The conference aims at promoting a scientific meeting with a high level of interaction between participants, enabling an open debate and the assessment of new concepts, and applications in the domain of optical fibre sensors, as well as establishment of new collaborations and networks.

EWOFS 2023 also intends to complement in time and geographical location the international conferences in this area, and in particular the International Conference on Optical Fibre Sensors (OFS).

Mons is a living city with thousands of students and a rich history and culture. It was the European capital of culture in 2015. Mons is very accessible, in the center of Europe, at ~50 minutes from the Brussels international airport and ~30 minutes from the Charleroi airport (very important Ryanair hub).

EWOFS 2023 aims to attract more than 200 researchers, academics, students and scientists from all over the world and give them the opportunity to present and publish their work, discuss, exchange ideas and knowledge as well as network for future collaborations.

SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR ACCEPTANCE FORM

If you wish to sponsor the event or to be an exhibitor, you need to fill the sponsor/exhibitor acceptance form and send back to us.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

• All prices exclude VAT of 21%.
• Sponsors/Advertisers/Exhibitors bear the responsibility and cost for providing camera-ready artwork. Precise specifications for the artwork will be provided by the Sponsorship Officer.
• Gold and silver sponsorships are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse sponsorship under specific circumstances.
• Sponsors, advertisers and exhibitors must communicate with the Conference Coordinators to sign an “Acceptance Form”.
• Cancellation of any portion of the: “Acceptance Form” by the SPonsors/Advertisers/Exhibitors will be accepted upon the following refund schedule:
  • At least 90 days before the conference: 50% refund
  • Less than 90 days before the conference: no refund.
