Important Information

Please read the following so you can join the party fully prepared.

Important information:

• Parking in front of Building 2 will be closed from Thursday, Dec 8 – Monday, Dec 12. The truck parking near the back of Building 2 will be made available to compensate.
• On the morning of the party, please visit the main reception (building 3) to pick up your badge. See pickup schedule below.
• Only staff with a badge will be able to enter.
• Please join the party promptly at at 15:30 so you don’t miss out on any of the festivities.
• Your presence at the event is required to be eligible for prizes.
• The event will be partially outdoor, so make sure to bring a coat or similar warm layer of clothing.
• Please leave your bag, laptop, and other items at your desk. There is no space to store them at the party.
• A shuttle service to Den Bosch Central Station will be organized for people traveling by public transportation. These will depart at 19:00 and 19:30. Please contact marketing_europe@supermicro.com if you want to use this service.
• If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your Proofpoint spam filter.
• Remote EMEA staff are also welcomed to visit and join the party!

12:00 - 13:00	Facilities, Management & Operations, Production (day shift), Warehouse - Shipping (group 2)
13:00 - 14:30	Production (evening shift), Purchasing ,Sales
