What does this new feature entail?
With this handy addition, you can now easily attach notes or comments to your contacts. This is especially useful for users dealing with large lists of invitees. Imagine: you've had contact with an invitee who indicates they want to respond later, or you have specific information about a person that is important for your event. You can now neatly store these details with the respective person in your contact list.
How does it work?
Adding notes is very simple. In the management environment of aanmelder.nl, you'll find a new field for each contact where you can enter comments. This allows you to add extra information, such as appointments or important notes that you can refer back to later.
It's important to know that these notes are not included in the exported contact lists or automatically filled in on the registration form. This means your internal comments remain confidential and are only visible within the management environment.
Practical examples
Example 1: An invitee informs you that they are currently on vacation and asks if you can call them next month to confirm their participation. With a note, you can easily record this and know exactly when to reach out again.
