What's new?
This blog is for our Check-in Lease users, who will now receive their check-in equipment in new flight cases. Lighter than before, with the same level of protection.
Every component has a fixed spot: tablet, ink, paper, power cable, tablet holder, and maintenance box. Open the case and you can immediately see if everything is there. That saves a lot of last-minute searching before you head out, and takes one more thing off your plate on the day of your event.
The great thing about these new cases? They also fold out into a trolley, making transport a lot easier. Especially handy when the parking area turns out to be a bit further away than you'd hoped. And the clean, polished look of the new cases? That's an extra detail that contributes to the professional impression your event makes.
How does it work?
- Open the case and check that all components are in their place;
- Fold out the trolley handle and wheel the case to your venue;
- Set up your check-in using the steps in our knowledge base;
- After the event, pack everything back in its fixed spot in the case.
