The Erasmus University Rotterdam had the honor of hosting the 23rd International Conference on Cultural Economics (ACEI) in 2025. This prestigious conference is held only once every two years, each time at a different university somewhere in the world. For researchers and professionals in the field, it is the place to exchange knowledge, present research findings, and foster international collaborations.

More than 400 participants from across the globe traveled to Rotterdam to attend three days of lectures, workshops, and presentations. For the organizers, this required not only flawless logistics but also creating an inspiring setting where science and practice could come together.

For Erasmus University, managing abstracts was a completely new challenge.
