ESCR 2021 - Online edition

To be eligible to register for the ESCR 2021, you must be at least 18 years old.
All time specifications within the ESCR 2021 registration process refer to CEST (Central European Summer Time). ESCR accepts no responsibility for errors or misprints.

REGISTRATION
Registration for the ESCR 2021 is to be made electronically by completing the respective registration form. Registrations without full name, complete email, postal address and date of birth cannot be processed.

REGISTRATION FEE

PAYMENT
Payment of registration fee can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard).  Payment by bank transfer, cheque or in any other way is not accepted.

CANCELLATION/REFUND
In case of cancellation, ESCR will not refund any registration fee(s).

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, RELOCATION
In the event that it is judged advisable or necessary to have the ESCR 2021 Online Edition cancelled or postponed (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics, official orders etc.), ESCR shall not be obliged to any refunds.

NAME CHANGES
Name changes will be treated like the cancellation of one registration and the new registration of another participant. New registration and payment are required.

CME CREDITS
Due to UEMS regulations, attendees can only claim CME credits for the sessions that have actually been attending. Evaluation of each session is obligatory to receive credits. The respective evaluation form will be provided. As part of this process partcipants' attendance will be monitored throughout the event.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
There is neither any liability nor any obligation of ESCR 2021 in case of cancellation of the ESCR 2021 Online Edition for whatever reasons. ESCR 2021 shall not be liable for any damages caused by force majeure or any other reason.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE/APPLICABLE LAW/PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The place of performance of any duties and obligations for ESCR 2021 and the participant sides shall be Vienna, Austria.

Any contractual relationship with the ESCR 2021 shall be subject to Austrian law.

Place of jurisdiction shall be 1010 Vienna, Austria. ESCR 2021 shall also be entitled to pursue any claim before the courts of law competent for the defendant’s domicile or general residence.
