The accompanying persons programme includes:

- the Welcome reception on Sunday June 12
- Dinners on Monday June 13 and Tuesday June 14. It does not include attendance to the conference dinner on Thursday June 16.

The accompanying persons fee is not intended for attending the conference. In other words, it does not allow access for attending (poster) presentations.
